Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform, Every student must carry his identity card.
Students must come to school on time. Late comers will not be allowed to sit in the class for the whole day.
No students will be allowed to leave school during working hours, In case of any unavoidable reasons parents must appear personally to fulfill the formalities.
90% attendance is compulsory for every students during the academic year. If he/she fails to fulfill it, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the Annual Examination.
The school will not take any responsibility of the students after school hours.
Parents are expected to behave and talk politely with teaching and Non-teaching Staff while visiting school
Parents are requested to check the diaries given to their children results, homework, absent reports and other details are mentioned in the diaries. Also put signature where and when it is required
Great attention must be paid by parents on the child's regular attendance, and home work, cleanliness, and discipline
Medical certificate must be produced in case of the students absence from school for any medical treatment.
Parents have to remain present and meet the principal as well as the teachers when it is required. Any complaints regarding children's study, progress or results should be lodged to the principal and the relevant class-teacher.
Suggestions from parents are always welcome but they will be implemented after taking into consideration by the school authoritias.
Parents will be solely responsible for the regular payment of school fees or other dues if demanded from the school on time.
For better administration of the school, you have to take care of fees card. If it is lost or misplaced, get the new card issued by paying Rs.50/-
A Month's notice must be given in advance before the child leaves the school, Otherwise you will have to pay the fees for the entire months irrespective of the date of withdrawals
The Form once issued will not be taken back or transferred to any other candidates.
Any fees once paid will not be refunded or it will not be transferred at any circumstances.
